I'm having trouble accessing my account online. What should I do?

If you can’t log in, please check your internet connection and ensure you’re entering the correct user ID and password. If the issue continues, click “Forgot Password” or contact our support team for immediate help.

You can pay your credit card bill online through Internet Banking or the TDS Mobile App. If you prefer mailing a cheque, please send it to your nearest TDS Bank branch or payment drop box.

If you notice any unauthorized transaction, report it within 48 hours by calling our customer care or using the “Dispute Transaction” option in Internet Banking. Our team will review and resolve it promptly.

To activate your card, log in to your Internet Banking account or use the TDS Mobile App. You can also call our helpline or visit your nearest branch for assistance.
